I offer group and 1:1 yoga classes to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for:

 

  • A more personalised experience tailored to your needs or goals
  • Beginner classes to help prepare you for community classes
  • To aid in the recovery of a specific injury or general recovery
  • Pregnancy or postnatal Yoga
  • Yoga for sport
  • Getting ‘Retreat Ready’ (if you have a specific retreat or event you are attending and would like a more focused practice)
  • A pamper session with your friends.
