Energising Breakfast Smoothie

Start your morning the right way…with this Energising Breakfast Smoothie

This is a great smoothie for a pre-yoga boost or an energising breakfast. I first came across this smoothie on Tara Stiles YouTube channel. I tried it and have been hooked ever since!

It is so easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find.


– 1 banana

– 1 cup of frozen fruit (I used frozen mixed fruits)

– 1 tbsp of almond butter

– 2 scoops of Protein Powder (I use Pea Protein)

– Almond milk (pour until it nearly covers the other ingredients)

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
