Maintaining or improving flexibility is a wish for many people, but knowing where to start can be tricky. I thought I would share with you this week a few yoga poses that I like to fit into my day to help maintain my flexibility.
Wether it’s a cool down at the gym, a quick 5 minute practice or part of a longer yoga session, this sequence can fit in anywhere to help you maintain flexibility.
These yoga poses are suitable for all abilities and can be accessed by everyone by modifying the poses and using props. Feel your way into the poses and find a position you can maintain steadiness and ease.
You don’t have to do these everyday, just fit them in where you can. The more often you do them, the more you will begin to notice your flexibility slowly improving.
