In need of a little pick-me-up to get you through the day? Well try this energising yoga sequence that will wake up your muscles and bring fresh oxygenated blood to the internal organs helping you feel refreshed, awake and energised.
We all know how it feels when you have a list as long as your arm to do but no energy or enthusiasm to do any of them. Rather than spending time sitting thinking about the jobs you should be doing and wondering how on earth you are going to muster up the energy to do so, give the following yoga sequence a try for a few minutes and see if it can give you that little bit of energy you need to get yourself started.
As well as this, I have also incorporated some inversions into the sequence which are fantastic for reversing the blood flow around the body which increases mental function and improves concentration and memory which will help you to focus on those tasks once you begin!
