24 Jan Healthy Places to Eat in London – Total Organics Juice Bar
I recently visited London for 24 hours and made it my mission to seek out some of the hidden healthy food gems of London…
So my 24 hour journey began at The Wild Food Cafe, Covent Garden (Click here to visit the post).
My next stop was a little post-yoga juice from Total Organics…
Borough Market, SE1 1TL, Twitter Page.
If you are in need of a snack or pick me up on your journey around London then be sure to visit Total Organics juice bar. You will spot it straight away as it has so much going on and is filled with growing wheatgrass everywhere!
They really believe in the power of Wheatgrass and its benefits on the body and so you can either buy a shot of it, or have it put in your juice. There were so many juices to choose from, it was a tough choice!
Each juice was jam packed full of fruits and vegetables to give you a much needed boost. There was even a selection of hot juices to warm you up on a chilly winters day.
I decided to go for the ‘Acai’ juice that contained apple, kiwi, acai berry and banana. It was very delicious and tasted quite gingery.
Not only could you leave with a delicious juice, but if you wanted to, you could take home your very own tray of Wheatgrass to put in your homemade smoothies. Unfortunately, as I knew I would be walking around all day, I decided not to purchase one on this occasion, but maybe next time!
I would definitely recommend stopping by this lovely juice bar on your way through the wonderful buzzing Borough Market. I am positive that you will find a juice here to suit your taste buds and I am sure it will give you that energy pick-me-up you need to continue to travels around London.
