Now that Spring is finally here, find out what yoga festivals are on this year!
There are so many yoga festivals and events happening this year that I thought it would be a great idea to combine them all in one place so you can pick and choose which ones you want to add to your calendar!
Here’s what’s happening in the yoga world this year…
May
Wellbeing Festival
25th-28th May
The Wellbeing festival is held at the Olympia in London and hosts a series of yoga classes, exhibitor stalls and musicians. This is not a ‘stay-over event’ but has so much going on you will want to come back the next day.

There are workshops, live music, yoga classes galore and a wellbeing spa to keep you busy and more importantly, relaxed.

Yoga Connects Festival
29th June – 1st July
Voted one of the best yoga festivals in the world by Cody, this one is not to be missed. Get set for a weekend of yoga, raving and shopping all in the stunning grounds of a Georgian manor house in Cambridgeshire.

Don’t worry if you’re looking for something a little more relaxing, they also have yin yoga, gong baths and massage facilities.

World Yoga Festival
19th-22nd July
If you are looking for a more traditional style of yoga festival, then this one is for you. With inspiration taken from the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali, this festival aims to teach you about the traditonal arts of yoga, meditation and inner reflection.

This festival is in its third year and is based in Reading. It is strictly vegetarian with vegan food also provided and has a no alcohol policy. The perfect family festival.

Exhale Festival
24th – 27th August
This festival promises an intimate, outdoorsy, fun filled weekend of yoga, fitness and connecting with nature. Set on a farm in West sussex you will not be disappointed with the vast array of activities on offer.

This festival takes place every August bank holiday and is perfect for families with a range of different fitness interests as it is not just all about yoga. There is everything from gymnastics to wild running to improv dancing! A hit for all the family.

OM Yoga Show London
19th-21st October
Even though this is not a ‘stay-over’ festival, it is a fantastic weekend event that promises non-stop yoga from start to finish. Om Yoga Show has been running for many years and offers you the biggest array of yoga styles in free open workshops and pre-paid events. As well as this, the show hosts over 200 exhibitors selling everything from yoga acessories to fresh smoothies.
“Visitors come to the OM Yoga Show to immerse themselves in a truly yogic atmosphere for the whole weekend. Free open classes provide the opportunity to be inspired by leading teachers; the chance to try something new, or revisit an old favourite. Open classes, located within the exhibition, are free of charge to all visitors, and operate on a first come, first served basis.” OYS
Om Yoga Show has been running for 15 years now and has become the biggest yoga gathering in Europe, and one of the largest events of its kind in the world.

Wanderlust Festival UK

For the first time ever, Wanderlust is coming to the UK! The event will be held in London but the location is yet to be confirmed as well as the date. This is a one of a kind event that hold a triathlon is with a twist. The day starts with a 5k park run followed by a 75 minute yoga flow class and then a 25 minute meditation session. After this you can either take part in one other scheduled activity or head to the Kula food market for some delicious organic food. Throughout the day there will be fun field games to enjoy.

This event takes place in various places across the world and has never been to the UK before so make sure you sign up to their mailing list to be one of the first to know when it is coming to London.
