This class is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga or would like a slower pace of class. We will focus on correct alignment and moving in and out of postures safely using props if needed.
The class will have the same format as other yoga classes which includes: a breathing practice to centre the body and breath, warm-up asanas (poses), standing and seated asanas, cool down asanas and a nice shavasana (relaxation) at the end.
When: Wednesday evenings, 6-7pm
