Join Lorna for this Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga class to help new Mum’s to recover, regain strength and return to exercise safely, all in the comfort of your own home with your baby by your side!
This class is suitable for women from 6 weeks postpartum and once cleared by their doctor to take part in the class. Even though there will be no baby yoga in class as the class is focused on looking after Mum, we will include babies throughout.
Classes will consist of a breathing practice, pelvic floor work, seated and standing postures and a relaxation at the end. This class is very relaxed, so if you need to stop to feed your baby or rock them when they are upset then we welcome this!
This class is held on Zoom.
When & Where:
- Friday, 10-11am
This class is donation based which means you give what you can. The suggested amount is £5 per class but I understand that at this time it may be difficult for people financially so please don’t feel like you can’t join us, we would love to have you!
