Yoga is great for children to help them move their bodies, develop skills such as balance, co-ordination and fine motor control. In Kid’s Yoga children move, dance, sing, play games and have fun. We also explore mindfulness in an accessible way that makes its enjoyable and easy.
This class is a private booking from individual schools to run an after-school kid’s yoga club.

Lorna has a degree in Primary Education with QTS and has over 10 years teaching experience in both independent and state primary schools. She is DBS checked and holds a First Aid certificate.
