Vinyasa means ‘to flow’ and this style of yoga does just that. Moving carefully from one posture to the next in a rhythmical manner, synchronising movement and breath. We do not follow a set sequence, but instead move through creative flows that allow us to open up, release tension and find strength.
The room will be heated to a comfortably warm 25 – 30 degrees which is perfect to help release tight muscles and to feel cosy as the winter draws closer.
This class is a great way to unwind from the busy week and de-stress ready for the weekend!
When: Friday evenings, 6:00-7:15pm
