Learn to move your body, control your breath and calm your mind in this Yoga with Meditation class.
The class will start with an initial centering practice to calm the body and mind. Then we will move into a Vinyasa Flow style yoga practice that helps to relieve the body from any stress and tension, as well as focus the mind by bringing attention to the breath as you move.
Before relaxing the Savasana we take a few minutes to focus the mind with a Pranayama practice. After Savasana we move into a guided meditation that helps to bring the mind into the present moment.
This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to calm the body and mind as well as learn to meditate or strengthen their practice.
