Please complete the health questionnaire below in order for me to check that you are okay to participate in the Online Mum & Baby Yoga classes. Once you have completed the form you will not need to fill it in again for future classes.
Please note – You need to be at least 6 weeks Postpartum (8 weeks if you have had a -section unless cleared from your doctor to participate in exercise) to attend this class due to your body still healing.
