It has always been a passion of mine to teach people how to make quick and easy meals that are filled with goodness. This package is great for those who already know a thing or two about the components of a healthy diet but just want to check they are eating the correct foods, are consuming the right amount of calories per day or are including enough of the essential micro nutrients in their diet to keep them fit and healthy. It is also great for those who are not ready to commit to a full month plan but instead would like some general advice about how to get their healthy eating going in the right direction.

This three month nutrition coaching offers a personalised transformation that is specific to your body and your needs. This plan is perfect for those people who would like to reach a goal such as starting a healthy eating regime, loosing weight or preparing for a sporting event. With this three month coaching it gives us a chance to work closely together to implement changes as well as tweaking and refining them along the way as needed. We will work closely together to ensure that you stay on the right path to achieving your goal.
