Yoga is a great way to move the body and calm the mind. It has been proven to reduce stress, relieve anxiety, improve flexibility and balance and promote feelings of wellbeing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You don’t need to be flexible to do yoga!
Classes will consist of an initial centering and breathing practice (pranayama), a warm up with core work, a range of seated and standing poses (asanas) and a lovely relaxation (savasana) at the end.
