Pregnancy Yoga classes will support women throughout their pregnancy to help to ease the general aches and pains of pregnancy, to prepare for birth and to help the mama-to-be to feel more relaxed, calm and energised.
Postnatal Yoga is an excellent way to recover from child birth. These classes help new Mum’s to build strength, ease aching muscles and return to exercise safely. Baby are welcome to attend.
Children’s yoga classes offer a wonderful experience for your child to have fun, get moving and develop body awareness. Yoga can help to develop children’s flexibility, strength and coordination.
If you are looking for a more personal yoga experience or have specific needs that you feel cannot be accommodated for in a whole class setting, then a 1:1 class might just be what you are looking for. I offer group and 1:1 yoga classes to suit your needs.
